At Asuka Crafts, each item is handmade and may contain slight variations, natural wood markings, resin textures, or small imperfections that are part of the handcrafted process.
Returns and refunds are only accepted if:
- The product arrives significantly damaged
- The wrong item was received
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund.
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Slight design placement differences
- Natural material variations
- Improper use of the product
- Change of mind or personal preference
Customized or personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, and any related fees. Please note that international returns may involve delays or risks outside of our control.
We reserve the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet these conditions.
